Issuing a Refund

Hello there,

We are trying to issue a refund to a wholesale buyer and our PO does not have the blue "issue a refund" button as shown in the Help Center. The customer paid via direct checkout. Does anyone know if this feature is unavailable?

Hi there,

If the PO was placed prior to the release of the refund tool, we'll have to issue that manually for now. You can send the details over to wholesalesupport@etsy.com. Please include the following in your email:

- PO #
- amount of refund
- reason why

Once your email is received, we'll go ahead and process on our end!
