Help with policies

Would anyone be willing to share what they have for their policies in their wholesale shop? Shipping, international buying, returns, terms, damages, etc? I am at a loss for all the various ways I need to protect myself when selling wholesale.

Thank again - and I favorited your shop for xmas presents. Very cool idea. Wish I had these when my teenager was younger!
