Are buyers notified of their payment due date?

Hi all,
I'm curious to know if we select a payment due by date if the buyer is notified through email? I feel they should be notified that their invoice is due, as I'm having to cancel quite a bit of orders due to non-payment.

Buyers do not currently receive a notification that payment is due, but we do plan on building out better reminder functionality.

Do buyers now receive reminders that they need to pay? I have an invoice all my invoices are paid before the order is shipped. this order is now 4 weeks past due and have sent various reminders via convo with no response.

Yeah, I second Sara's request. I'm guessing not all buyers are checking their Etsy accounts regularly, unless they're buying.

As a buyer, I have to constantly check back because I don't know where in process my order is - whether it's been approved, etc. It's not that bad, but it is slowing down my orders as I'm afraid to have many balls in the air at once. No matter what, I do love Etsy Wholesale, I just hope Target doesn't start shopping here:)

I also think the work flow of the PO is confusing -- I don't think it is always clear who is supposed to do what when. Notes on where the PO is in the process, as well as a clear wholesale email flow would be helpful.
