I'm fairly new to Etsy having opened my store a few weeks ago and recently had my second ever order (woohoo!). I sent the item via royal mail 2nd class using etsy label over a week ago. The buyer has claimed that he hasnt received the item and when i check royal mail tracking site, it just says 'we will update when a delivery has been attempted'. Its a small item so item should have been delivered by now. The buyer seems genuine but now i'm wondering if its a scam as he can see that I havent had any sales! I've looked on his profile and its blank, no favorites etc. How can I check if he is genuine? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
