Hi all, I have a problem that the support people cannot solve. I had a closed bank account on my Etsy page. My account was closed in September 2019, in fact the bank closed so it was impossible for payments to be made to that account. All payment were automatically returned to Etsy. I updated the account but still no payments have been made. It is approximately £3000 that is owed. All I keep getting is a standard reply. No one seems able to look into this. Can anyone help? Can I call anyone?
