HELP!!!!!!What is wrong with me?

I am trying hard to make these beautiful iterms,but no sales so long.

What is wrong with me?

Whether My pricing is unreasonable?

Hope that you all could offer some suggestions to help me improve.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Its very frustrating isn't it! But you will get your first sale yet :) You need to make your items stand out a little more in the pictures tho. Your items are beautifully made and so colourful, but the background is also colourful and your not seeing the items properly.

I also noticed you've only been here since January, 4/5 months is not unusual to wait before your first sale. There are over 300,000 shops on Etsy so you need to work at letting people know your out there.

Don't wait for people to find you, help them. Go to other shops, explore, favorite items, favorite shops. When someone favorites my items I know I always go to see who it is, what they are selling etc. Make Treasury's. You need to be active and keep popping up in different places. make your own cirlce. All of these things help in getting known. And you'll have fun doing it :D

Hi Doris!
you only opened your shop in January and two sales already! As the Thistle Patch says, it takes a month or two for new sellers to get noticed. I know it's a little frustrating, but just try to be patient :)
Also, if you haven't already, you might want to promote your items on social networking sites! I've had plenty of views from using Twitter. Wishing you all the best,

Hi Doris, Just visited your shop and added you to my circle. I've been here about 2 years and it does take awhile. Everyday I learn something new especially with teams. Don't let it get you down soon you'll be having plenty of sales!!!!!!

you had 2 sales! that's not bad!!

i opened my shop for more than a month and I also only have 2 sales.

(seriously. when i had the first sale i almost flew to the sky.. lol)

i've been forcing myself to be positive and work hard on it everyday.
i believe everyone starts slow on Etsy like us.

I can sympathize too, I have been here on Etsy for 3 months now and had only one sale, so I know how she feels, just hang in there, it will happen......

I'm in the same boat, no sales so far...I'm frustrated but I have been successful enough doing local markets...so it is not that my products are not sellable I guess patience it is one of the main ingredients when you open a shop here :), but the road on Etsy seems long and winding...Mygrandpaspen, thanks so much for your thread, very encouraging, by the way I have added you and some fellows here to my circle, I loved your shops guys. hi everyone!

I can agree that we have to be patient and active and work on our listings and (re)list regularly to be seen
one more thing is: selling hand made is never easy
don't stop trying out every suggestion, that speaks to you, to discover, what works for you
f.e., selling supplies and conducting classes works better for me as selling my creations

Looks like they're having a holiday to recover from being busted! I can't believe I was sucked in by this. It actually makes me quite sad. It has made me think - how many people on these forums are not what they seem? :(
