Hi, I can not find a phone number to contact etsy about an open case. The buyer has opened a case and the item has been shipped by USPS priority mail.
I contacted the seller twice to have him make a statement weather he got the package by now or not. This is an international shipping so I do not know if it will show up as delivered. Etsy will escalate this case to Trust & Safety by march 6th. Please let me know what I can do.
