where to change shipping time

Hi Etsy colleagues,
I can't find where to change my shipping time from 1-3 days to 1-2 days... Arrrgghh.. anyone know? Thanks much..... happy sales,

Under your shop > listing > shipping profiles. Or they can be changed individually by editing your listings.

If you change individually, click on the listing -> editing, and go down to "shipping". You will find "processing Time" there. Just go ahead and make the change.

Thank you both! Yes I can do one by one but hoped to find the tool that would change them all.

Unfortunately the shipping profiles won't work for me as it demands I enter a "shipping cost". I'm not sure how this is possible for anyone unless the item is something like a necklace or every item in their shop is identical in size and shape - or am I missing something here?

All my pieces vary in size, shape, weight, and box sizes depend on the shape of the piece. I determine the shipping cost per piece, as close as possible.

Without completing that info it won't let me complete the profile, where I could change the 'processing time' for everything in the shop.

Frustrated.

It's easiest to manage shipping when the shipping for all of your listings is linked.

Lisa and Don are correct--go to your shop>listings>shipping profiles and click on edit. You'll be able to change the time to ship.

It will not let me do that without having set up the calculated shipping for all of the pieces which would mean I have to weigh 63 items and enter their weights one by one. I've tried so many times to do what you suggest... thank you though!
