Most blog ads that I've seen come with a "sponsor spotlight" post to put your shop out there to their readers.

At the top of the page is the search drop down list. Click on Discussion Title and enter Shop Promotions for Free. It is a thread that was posted a few days ago that lists a whole bunch of places where you can advertise.
