You have a beautiful shop, truly. I don't do critiques too often as I've found they are really just opinions and know one really knows why one shop is successful and one isn't. All they really can say is to improve on the basics.
Your shop is far beyond that. Beautiful photos, good titles and descriptions.
All I can really tell you is what I do. Etsy is a small place when you consider the rest of the world. When I started here, there were just two of us making map jewelry. 2.
I used to get down about being copied and people using cheaper materials and undercutting me. Then I realized, if I love what I do, I need to let the world know what I do. I make memories, not just jewelry.
So I didn't change to cheaper materials, I stayed with sterling silver, I change my lines frequently, but most of all I market to the world.
I think that's what people who sell every day do. I don't market my wedding cufflinks on a Bridal blog, I do it on a travel blog. Or my bicycle jewelry on a bike blog for men. I'm looking for different audiences.
For example, you could advertise with a florist. Once people see your work, the editorial mentions come. I see you've had some. Me too. They are the best.
I don't think you are doing anything wrong, just that you need to be proactive in a different way.
I'm off to sleep, it's past midnight here. If I can help, please let me know.
