If you go to the receipt page for the item (click on the receipt# from the orders page), there will be a blue link at the bottom right of the page (you'll have to scroll down) that says Options with an arrow. If you click on that, you'll probably have an option to request a refund for the shipping labels you haven't used yet. It takes a week or so for the refund to go through.
