How does a etsy shopkeeper create a return shipping label to email to a customer?

Thanks so much, Mary-Ann. A NM etsy shop keeper needed to send a prepaid label to a customer who refused to buy a label from the post office. I'll keep it for future reference.

Etsy removed the shipping label improvement that facilitated this.

You have two options.

1. Go to PayPal.com/shipnow

2. Go to the original order on etsy and print a label from there. You will need to edit the "ship to" address to be your own.

Download the label as a pdf and email it to your client.
