"have any questions?" button

Hello,
I've had so many convo's in the past few weeks where each customer is referring to a particular item but no listing # appears and I don't know which item they are talking about.
DO you think it's because of the new
"Have any questions? Contant the Shop owner"
link that is at the bottom of each listing description?

Oh, that's interesting that you are getting convos without the item in them.

I just went to your shop and clicked all three Contact links on one of your listings and they all came up with the item number at the top, so I don't think it's that.

The only one that doesn't give an item is the Contact on the home page and section pages that show all the items. Either they were using that or it's an Etsy glitch.

They had that there before, just in a different place and that is how the listing number and title appears in the subject.
I just went to your store and clicked it to see if it would glitch and not have that info in the subject, but it was there.

I did notice that you also had your own convo link in your description though which didn't automatically add in that info. So that if they are clicking on that link to send you a convo, that is probably why there is no item number in the listing.

People must be clicking the blue contact button in the sidebar (which doesn't add the listing) instead of the "Have any questions" link (which does).

I almost did that today when I was messaging a seller about supplies, but realized it before I sent hit :)
