question about heartsy/editing invoices! please help! :)

I've been approved for a feature on heartsy in the next few days and was told that when the customer enters the voucher # under the payment option "other" that i need to go in and edit it...
How do I do this? I'm a little confused :(
ps - my vouchers are $13 for $35 & the photos in my shop are about $19 (incl shipping). would i just void one? please help!

My understanding is when someone chooses "other" you have to send them an updated Paypal invoice, manually. But maybe someone else knows for sure?
