It looks like you are doing pretty well so far, Sarah. The jewelry category on Etsy is so competitive. My items are similar to yours and I was thrilled to meet my goal of 100 sales my first year. You will probably exceed that :-)
Your banner looks professional, but you need a shop announcement! Learn about SEO (search engine optimization) and it will change the way you write your titles and descriptions. You need to be found. There is plenty of great advice already written on this subject in the forums.
Your pictures are pretty good but I would pay a little more attention to the way you crop them for the thumbnails. Put your best foot forward.
