need help with shipping problem

I have a customer in Canada who would like to purchase a sewing pattern I have for sale. I thought I had set up the listing (and 7 other patterns on my site) to "ship" internationally. (The pattern is sent via email attachment, so the shipping cost is set at $0.00.)

This is what the customer said: I tried to buy it then it stated sorry this item can not be shipped to Canada ( even though it is PDF. So I changed country to United States. I was at the paypal part and it caught it again stating I can not purchase this iteam because it does not ship to canada ( paypal picked up on the country).

Have I done something wrong with setting up the shipping for these items on Etsy? Or is this a PayPal problem?

perhaps try setting up a canada section under the shipping? that might clear it up under paypal?

Thanks for your help! I think it must have been a temporary glitch, because she tried it again and it worked! Yay! Weird thing was that she purchased a pattern from me last week (postal delivery instead of email delivery though) and THAT transaction went through without a problem! I'm just glad it's finally resolved.
