messed-up treasury, what happened? please help!

I created a treasury yesterday that I thought was really beautiful, and this morning I am checking it, and one of the items is gone from it! How can that happen? Isn't it only me who can change my treasury? The worst thing is, it was an item from the top row, so now every row is messed up.

and tell me if you have any ideas how this could have happened. The seller of the missing item thanked me for the inclusion, so they are not likely to have done anything, and they couldn't have, technically, right?This is only my 2nd treasury, and I spent a lot of time on it yesterday. I will wait to see if someone responds, and then I will try to restore it.

Don't worry Claudia,I'm not 100% sure but I think that means it was sold! Means your treasury had the desired affect!

Or the listing might have expired or the seller deactivated it.

I wish this was true, but there has to be another reason. The first item of the treasury actually sold yesterday, and I was thrilled that I might have helped to do that (then again, it might have nothing to do with my treasury; not that many people have viewed it so far) but anyway, that item is still in there.
So the question remains, is this a technical 'fluke'?
One of my items was removed from a treasury a few weeks back, after the curator had notified me I was in it, and I had thanked her in a comment, and I was a little taken aback then. Now I wonder, can this just happen once in a while, without anyone doing anything?

I'm pretty sure that only happens when an item is deactivated by the seller or it expires. Items that sell, will still show up.

that could be the reason; it seems gone from the sellers shop. Just contacted them. Also, my item a few weeks back expired, and although I renewed it, it never showed up in the treasury again. It's too bad that treasuries can't stand on their own, maybe etsy could put an 'expired' note on these items, instead of removing them. I guess THAT would be a technical challenge. I am just so bummed right now; I don't 'mass-produce' treasuries, and I was really happy how this one turned out, and at least right now it looks nothing like what I wanted.
Hopefully I can restore it when the seller renews their item!
