lost package??

I had my first customer who said they did not recieve their package. The PayPal tracking number says it was delivered. I did not buy the insurance. How do you handle this situaiton? How often do you have customers say they did not recieve the package when the tracking number says it was delivered? Just trying to figure out how to respond and resolve the situation. Katie

hmm Im not sure. I have only had one person who said they did not receive a package, and I did not have a tracking number. Turns out SHE gave me the wrong address, but I had to eat and and resend her a new one. I would show the person that the item shows that it was delivered. Thats just me.
