i checked my stats and i found out that i had sever views from this jezebel(dot)com
i googled it and i think it's some kind of online magazine -blog- news something

how can i find out if they have posted one of my items?

i tried several combo at their search but nothing
and i really don't want to appear under a diy column ...

I'd start by asking them, if they don't answer then maybe you can go back to searching the blog.

Oh! I read that blog sometimes. I don't think they do DIY tutorials, though they do sometimes do features from Etsy sellers. I think it's quite a well read blog so if they featured you it's likely you'd be getting loads of views from there.

I had a search and couldn't find a feature. It's possible that someone referenced your shop in the comments.

It may actually be a red herring, it's frequent for unrelated links to come up in stats, something to do with what's in your browser's history before they came on to your shop.

They blog about etsy and etsy shops pretty regularly. If you don't see a post on your items and aren't getting hundreds of hits from the site, then it's probably because a commenter mentioned your item in the comments section.
