how do you get rid of open order that was refunded ?

I have an order that was fully refunded and now I cant get it off of my open orders. Does anyone know how to get rid of without marking it as shipped? I would do this but then it sends the notice to the customer that its shipped. Please help

You have to cancel the sale through Etsy. They'll refund your fees. Go to the receipt number for the order, and you should see the link to cancel the order.
