I don't see any glaring or noticeable things that you are doing wrong but I did notice a couple of things you may add
http://www.etsy.com/listing/110105185/3x-endless-leather-and-chain-wrapThink like a customer- if I were looking for a bracelet similar to this one I wouldn't look for a 3x endless... I don't even know what that means and you have it as the most important words in your title.
I'd search for a
light blue beaded bracelet
multi strand stone and leather bracelet
starfish charm bracelet
bohemian style beads and leather
sea glass bracelet
sea foam green bracelet
beach wedding accessory
When writing your descriptions, write them like you are having a conversation with your customer. What inspired you, what comes to mind when you look at the bracelet. Not a lot of mush, but more than just the facts.
It's your chance to sell and inform your customer.
Do you do any promotion other than on Etsy? I'd suggest you stop paying for ads and instead put your time and effort into promoting. Blog, Twitter, Wanelo, Pinterest...All those things will help get your shop noticed. Another option (not everyone would agree with this) is take the money you would have spent on ads and host a giveaway. Contact a blog that might want to help you. You offer a bracelet in exchange they have people visit your shop, follow you on Twitter or Facebook.
Promotion takes a lot of work and takes a lot of time but it does pay off.
