I am really clueless when it comes to facebook. Can someone tell me what the address is that someone would have to type in to get to my business facebook page?

Is it really www.facebook.com/pages/wordlove/ (about 15 numbers)?

If you try without the numbers you get an error page.

I am pretty sure it's just www.facebook.com/wordlove. That's what mine is (facebook.com/thepolyshop).

EDIT: Never mind. It's some random person's profile (unless that's what you were meaning to do...).

You can change it- you used to need 25 likes to do this but I don't think that's the case any more. Can't remember how and Facebook keeps changing so much anyway.... Maybe use the help function on there, or wait for someone to give you the info here?

When you change it it will be www.facebook.com/wordlove

Yeah! I figured it out. I didn't know you had to set up the address manually! wordlove is taken so I used wordloveshop

I think Facebook requires you to have a certain number of "likes" on your page before they give you the simple address of www.facebook.com/(your shopname). I'm not totally sure about that, but pretty much sure.

I think you have to suffer with that long string of numbers until your likes reach (I don't remember of it's 50 or 100), and then your address has enough business credibility that they assign it to you with your shop name.

Not sure where you'd find that information, but I'd Google "Facebook business page address information" and see if that leads you somewhere useful.

I only have 20 likes and my page has always been facebook.com/thepolyshop. Maybe because it's the only one with that name...? I'm not sure..

time line page??????

Rachel - go to your Admin. Panel and click on 'edit page' then click 'update info' - click 'basic information' on the left hand column - beside username (3rd line down) it will give you your name.
I only have 28 likes and mine is www.facebook.com/SapphireNoteables.
- after 30 likes you get access to insights about your activity. Only 2 more likes for me :)
