Re: customer wants to cancel item

I looked at your sold items and I didn't see where you say it will take 1-2 weeks. But but in any case, this is an argument you can't win. You have 23 reviews. If you don't send her a refund you will almost certainly receive a negative and that will hurt much more than eating whatever time and material you've used.

Bite your tongue. Refund. Move on. You don't have time for arguing if you're going to get your shop moving. I once received an order for a non-custom item at 2 pm and at 3 pm it was packed, labelled and I was ready to bring it to the post office when I got a convo requesting a cancellation. I immediately sent a refund.

Add specific times to all of your item and DON'T say 1-2 weeks, say 2 weeks. This way if you ship early you're hero and if you ship in 2 weeks you're a person of your word.
