custom orders

I have a customer that wants an item custom order, now that I have given a cost, how can this be ordered since it is not a listed in my shop? Any help will be appreciated.

on the right side in the conversation with them...click the make this a custom order button. then create the private listing for them...

OR create a reserved listing and send them the link.

And to use a photo you can make a "Custom order" photo which you can use for all the custom orders you will get in the future.
