changing bulk tags

Hi,
Does anyone know of any easy way to change a bulk batch of tags? I'd like to change my tags for the black friday sale but don't really have the time or patience to change them one by one. I've read about an app by betsy (?) has anyone tried this? Or, how about etsyonsale? Opinions please!

Okay thanks. One thing...is this part of etsy or do they simply cater to etsy sellers?
