cancelled order question

What does it mean when it says "This order is pending cancellation" when I have refunded through Paypal, and submitted all the details asked regarding convos, etc.?

The "sold" item has reappeared in the shop already. Why is it still pending?

It won't take long, it just has to be approved by Etsy... usually only takes about 12 to 24 hours when I have done it.

I had one this week, the customer changed their mind on what type of payment they wanted to use. It took 48 hours for Etsy to actually cancel their first order.
