I have never thought there was a better time to list. I have never paid attention to it. I listed something last night about 6PM and saw I had a LOT of additional viewers yesterday. I thought it was the item, so I check the stats and the biggest number of hits was at 4AM long before I posted the item.
I think just post the listings, and without POUNCE in Etsy anymore I don't think it makes a difference.
