anyone have problem with USPS ? need advice : (

I sent a custom artwork by USPS on Nov.10 , for local area only.
2 days later when I tracked delivery conformation number, the package ended up in Boston and it's marked delivered.

I don't know how it happened because the address it's complete different and plus few states away, I have been contact with the local post office about this matter, 1 week later they can only response me that they are still waiting the call from Boston !

The other problem is the buyer had paid, I called and mail her many times , she also not response at all, which is not make any sense?
this name personalized artwork is make for her mother-in-law 's birthday, it is very close, but either her or post office couldn't give me answer where is my package is, I really don't know what to do ..: (
does this ever happened to anyone of you ? USPS massed up package ?
did they do anything helpful ?

Christy, this has happened to me twice. Call the 800 USPS customer service number and make them help you. The last time, the representative I spoke with had her supervisor call me back within a half hour, and she gave me the number to the post office center who had it last. I spoke with the manager there within an hour of my first call, and before the day was out, I heard from my customer that it had indeed arrived at her house even though the confirmation information stated it had been delivered several states over. Insist that they handle this now. It shouldn't have taken this long for a call back. Clearly, your issue has been swept under the rug. On the bright side, your package may have very well reached its destination anyway. Now if you could just hear back from your buyer. By the way, they refuse to refund confirmation fees even when they screw up. Good luck.
