Thanks Danielle for guidance. I am guilty of posting to my facebook and will refrain in the future. I guess it just seemed like an instant gratification thing that someone might notice your shop. I am totally new to this and was so excited to open an Etsy shop and then wow suddenly realized that if you build it they won't necessarily come. So How to I get people to notice??? I am in the process of sifting through all the advice from this team, and there is a lot of great advice. Everyday I try to learn something new and to try and be patient in creating and hopefully getting some sales. So to all my team members thanks for all the past , present, and future guidance. K

I have a link to my Facebook page on my profile which people can find, and there are threads where people swap Facebook pages. Make sure you look search for an existing one though, we don't need another one started!

I've just had a thought. Notes are an application. Surely you can just have your competition in a note?

To make it better, here is some more advice about how to make yourself known. If you join teams, like you have already, and make sure you get involved with discussions and things, people will know your shop is there!

Also, you can get involved in trades and BNRs (Buy and Replaces, where you there are items for sale in a treasury and if you buy one, your item replaces theirs) to increase your feedback!
