I agree with SweetPeaSunday about how cute your boxes are! I also agree about her comment with regard to your photos. Photography was one of my biggest challenges when I first started trying to capture the essence of my items on "film".
In addition to some 'in use' photos, try getting playful with angles in your shots. It adds motion and drama to the image, which will engage viewers. It looks like you're starting with the orange hexagon box, you have the lid tipped off etc.
Lighting is a huge part of product photography. I am fortunate to have a carpenter boyfriend who created a large lightbox that helps filter light for photographs. You may consider investing in one. Controlling the light is key!
If you haven't already, take a look at the Etsy start-up manual. There are some amazing articles about product photography that really helped me to figure out what I could do to improve my photos. After reading those articles and my camera's user manual I was able to come a long way with my product photography. I know I still have more to do but I'm getting there.
Your product descriptions are very engaging! Kudos on those! My only suggestion would be to add some dimensions. I only looked at a couple descriptions but dimensions didn't jump out at me. Perhaps in the first line where you're saying "This bridal box" you could add the dimensions, "This 3"x4"x5" bridal box". Working them into the engaging text is always better than just listing them, I think.
I've only had one sale so far since a month ago when I set up my shop. I'm working to get the word out and build my brand and presence. You're off to an amazing start!
Stay engaged with other uses too. I see a huge jump in my shop stats and view when I do things like make comments on treasuries, favorite items and shops, add people to my circle etc. Like any business it's about building relationships.
Hope this is helpful.
