Hi!

I am new to this team, so let me introduce myself: my name is Lisa and I am a knitter. I have had an Etsy shop since 2012 and although I have had some sales, I would like to take this a step further.

I mostly make one of a kind pieces, designed and hand knit by myself. I do make some items to order and I am available for any kind of request.

Now, my question: I love what I make (of course :)) and I do think I produce quality work, but I would like to get some feedback from you! I recently worked on my pictures and shipping rates and I have noticed more views and July has been my second most successful shop since I have opened.

Soooo, what do you guys think of my shop? Please be honest, without being mean ;)

Your work is beautiful. Your shop is quite nice, too. Your photography is clear, consistent, and the lighting is good. You might ork on your tags some. for example, you might list your one of a kind items as OOAK. That is something I always search for...

I like your work. I agree with last post on tags; I would work on those. I am new to Etsy and tags are an issue for me as well.

Beautiful work. Fill in your policies page. A lot of buyers will not purchase from a shop that does not have policies in place. Also, using other companies trademark for your items can get your shop closed down. The star wars and mario brother designs.

I suggest you add other sizes for these adorable booties--and other colors, too.

Although this might be an auto-translation, your use of "attention" regarding tracking could be changed to "Please note" for a softer, warmer description.

Two pieces of advice:
1. Get rid of the trademark/copyright infringing items in your shop before you get busted! Unless you have an actual licence to make and sell them, you are breaking the law.
2. You say: "I mostly make one of a kind pieces, designed and hand knit by myself", but your prices don't reflect that. Unique handmade products should be priced accordingly. Don't adjust your prices to the market, but find the right customers (through marketing) that are willing and able to pay what your work is really worth.

Your items are beautiful.

But you should work on the photos.
Have a pretty girl/boy to model for you and do styled photoshoots.

And of course, like the previous posts have mentioned, work on tags, SEO, titles, etc. It is a never-ending process but it is worth it. (:
