Wondering Paypal transaction difficulty

Hello

I am just writing to get your wise and kind response if anyone of you have gotten this kind of case and have a resolution.

This is the thing.
One of my customer have a technical difficulty with the payment way.

I would love to order a print through you, but I don't see any other option to pay but through PayPal. For some reason my computer boots me out and won't let me run transactions through my PayPal account (it boots me out and shuts me down), so I was wondering what I can do to purchase from you moving forward?

Hmm, this may be a bug or etsy are still 'experimenting' with the purchase system.

Can the buyer actually get to the paypal login page via the check out? If so, your buyer can click on the link, 'don't have a paypal account' and use paypal as a guest and use a credit/debit card instead.

I would suggest to the buyer that they clear their cache and try the transaction again.

If that doesn't work, they can call paypal directly

I think it's the anti virus software on our computers, not Etsy's fault. A similar thing happened on anther vendor's site through Etsy and I just ended up writing a check and sending to her directly.

She ended up deciding to send the check to me.

Hi, Eun, I didn't see direct checkout for your shop. That might work better than PayPal in this instance.
