I've been selling for a long time here and one thing I never understand is why when I create a custom order and etsy send the client a "your custom order is ready" email the custom can never ever see the link to purchase? I always have to send a se-earth email explaining how to find the link. Why can't edgy just make it easy so I don't have to go back and forth with the client? What do you do about this problem?
