^^Those are really great suggestions!
Here are a couple more:
Banner: I love your quote, but I don't get a sense of what your shop is about from the banner. This is your branding, this is essentially the first thing that people see for your shop - literally your shop front. Think of a brick and morter shop, the front tells you everything you need to know about the store before you walk in. How expensive its going to be, what they sell etc. To me your branding doesn't fit what you sell!
Photos: Your photos are really inconsitent. I love the ones on the wood background, but I highly dislike where you have two photos in it. It's too much to look at in a thumbnail! Choose the best picture, and it will attract more people to click and see more pictures! Most of your modeling shots are really good, though the lighting is slightly inconsistent - simply lighten some of them up should help! You have a few shots on striking white backgrounds, normally white works - here I think the wood backgrounds work better for you. They also look like snapshots compared to the other pictures in your shop.
Listings: I'm not great with titles, but I do know that the first three words are the most important for both etsy relevancy and google indexing. These should be the words people should type in to find your product, consider this carefully! Your descriptions seem good, but take the chance to write down 10 questions a customer may have about a product (color, size, use etc) and make sure all of those are answered in the description. Your tags need work I think, I only went through a couple listings but many are single words! You should be using commonly searched phrases to help you get found! Also go through your tags occasionally to see if you have anything seasonal. Like 'valentines day' is past, consider 'anniversary gift' instead, etc! Tags should be changed up often depending on the season and current trends!
Hope that helped! :)
