That's not that many, actually. This item in my shop has 373 views, 141 favorites, and has been in 17 treasuries, and still hasn't sold. I just started listing items in November so I don't think too much of it.
https://www.etsy.com/listing/87763445/red-crystal-bracelet-gold-chain-jewelryThere are a lot of items on Etsy, eventually it may sell, or it may not. It may be that you haven't found the right buyer, the colors may not seem wearable to some, or that potential buyers haven't thought it was something they would actually wear or would look good on them, at least not enough to justify the price. Not that you should lower the price, but a buyer has to want what you have at the price you are offering. Maybe expand into other venues, such as local boutiques?
My theory is to create what you love and think is beautiful, offer it at reasonable prices (this means reasonable to you as a seller as well-giving you fair compensation for materials and your time), and create as many of the best listings you can. Hopefully the buyers will come..and if not, promote and consider expanding into multiple venues.
