Wholesale question

Hi everyone! I'm planning on selling wholesale and have set a minimum order of $500, but I'm getting confused at one part, I guess I've been thinking about it way too much…

The customer has to reach a minimum of $500 at retail price or wholesale price?

Answer might be obvious but I need someone to get me out of this doubt I'm having, thanks!!

They will most likely set their own retail price. You want to go with Wholesale price minimum. That way you can figure out if you are making enough profit on you products.

Wholesale. .. 500 min. Is a high price for a 1st time wholesale order on items that range in your price bracket, unless it's a big retailer IMO.

Most of my items are priced high, I think $500 is feasible.

Oh sorry, my bad, Just an opinion. That's the beauty of owning your own shop. You can do anything you want :)

I use to have my own shop and went to all the trade shows
And 500.00 minimum wholesale order its totally normal
I actually know more than a dozen who had 1,000 minimum
They want their items to have a presence in your shop
They want to sell their collection not bits and bobs

You read my mind Aixa! So just to clarify, I should base that minimum on the wholesale pricing right?

Get their order in wholesale pricing until they reach $500, if not, they will have to pay retail price correct?
