Who has TWEENS & TEENS? I need your help.

Hello team!

I am hoping to get some feedback from parents of TWEENS and TEENS (girls)about what they like.

Colors? Styles? Anything else you can think of?

I have a tween daughter, but she is not very much into "fashion", at least not yet. I am moving my shop in the direction of tweens/teens, and am collecting info right now.

My future sister in law is a tween. I have lots to share!

Colors: all pinks, darker purples, light blues
Styles: Anything Miley Cyrus or Taylor Swift would wear. Indie is big too.
Other Stuff: BIG jewelry that stands out and eyeliner.

purple and blue because they are Bieber's favourite colours and a lot of girls (beliebers) wear them or get things with those colours because of him (seriously)

My daughter is 12. She loves graphic tees, Doctor Who, animae, jeans, boots, Converse, misatched socks, peace signs, hats, headbands and feathers. My daughter is a swimmer so not overly girly.

My son is 16 and so is his girlfriend, she is a gymnist and totally girly, In fact the other night she was talking about her teammates and she said "We love glitter!" lol Make-up, also likes headbands, make-up, knee high socks, ladybugs and hearts.

Hope that helps. I can get more input at swim practice tonight if you need it.

Natasha - great info! I'm liking the feathers and the hats. What kind of hats? I crochet, so I would need to be able to crochet it.

Also, if anyone knows of some great crochet patterns that would be more suited to Tweens/Teens, let me know!

My tween is all about pink, disney channel shows, glitter, nail polish, etc.

Dawnmarie, check out my shop. You will see my 12 year old tween modeling a lot of my hats and some of the fingerless gloves. She steals a lot of my hats, favorites are newsboys, berets, and earflaps.
Going to try to get son's girlfriend to model for me after the first of the year.

My teenaged niece and her friends are really interested in brightly colored, mismatched socks right now.

fancy earrings (she makes hers herself from clay like Fimo)

Cute animals, my girls love owls, frogs pigs... Mine are 16 and 10, they love funny things, quotes, unique ideas, anything unexpected and a little quirky (did i spell that right?) lol. My oldest is loving anything french lately also, french themed, french words, eiffel tower. Anything that makes them laugh. Don't know if that helps but that is what my girls like :)
