Where can I put the HS Tariff Number on the USPS Priority Mail International Shipping Label?

I sell cat toys. In the Customs Declaration form (shipping label) generated here on Etsy, I can’t seem to add the HS Tariff Number 9503.00.9990.

According to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, 9503.00.00 article description is “Tricycles, scooters, pedal cars and similar wheeled toys; dollsʼ carriages; dolls, other toys; reduced-scale (“scaleˮ) models and similar recreational models, working or not; puzzles of all kinds; parts and accessories thereof”. In the field of "Detail Description of Contents” on the custom form is Cat Toy(s).

When I go to “Shipping labels” > “Options”, there is no field for HS Commodity Code. I only see “Ship From Address”, "Download Preference”, “Customs Form Signature” and "Customs Description”.

I have a pending order. Having the correct HS Tariff Number 9503.00.9990 on the Customs Declaration form would be extremely helpful to my customer, so she wouldn’t get any surprises on her end.

I am not sure if I have the right answer, but when I shipped internationally, I just printed out the shipping label generated by Etsy. The detailed description of contents were filled automatically. I never provided the HS Tariff Number. All items were delivered without problem to 6 countries (France, Netherlands, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada).

I hand write the tariff number on the form after printing it. A postal clerk told me that the first 6 digits of the tariff number are enough. You can try putting all 10 digits in, but the space is tiny.
