The best time for you to list will depend on your shop, and when your type of customer is most likely to browse. Get your shop linked up with google analytics, and then for 2 weeks or so, try listing 1 or 2 items daily at various times. Once your analytics has a bit of data built up, you'll be able to see a graph of pageviews that shows number of pageviews per hour (you want to click on the clock icon in your graph to show it by hour). The times that have the most pageviews are likely the best times for you to list. It'll get more accurate as time passes and more data can be compiled. For example, for my shop during the christmas season, 10am, 1pm, and 7pm were the times that I got the highest number of pageviews (so I would list within the hour before that), but currently my best listing times are 8am and 6pm. Google analytics is confusing and overwhelming, but even knowing how to get the smallest amount of information out of it makes it worthwhile.
