When To Use Feedback

Hi all,

I hope your December has started off well! I received a message from a not super-satisfied customer today. Usually I try to take customer feedback and use it to improve item descriptions/titles/policies/etc so that future customers won't also have the same questions/dissatisfaction.

But sometimes I get feedback and my only reaction is "Really?" Someone recently purchased this item: https://www.etsy.com/transaction/1085873530 and messaged to say they were disappointed because they didn't realize it was a coloring book page.

Of course as the seller, I know exactly what the item is, so I've been trying to decide if I need to make it *more* apparent in the listing that this series is indeed from a coloring book. But it does say 'Coloring Book Page' in the title, and the very first sentence of the description is "This coloring book page from the 1950s is 8.5x11 inches."

I guess my questions are
1) Does anyone have advice on what kinds of feedback/criticism they usually try to use to improve things and what kinds you kind of just deal with but then shrug off as the buyer not paying enough attention to what they're buying?
2) Does this listing seem confusing to you? I obviously don't want to be misrepresenting items.

Also if anybody has any funny/ridiculous feedback stories to share, I'd love to hear them!
