When Does Convo = Spam?

If someone hearts or admirers a product in my shop, or my whole shop is it acceptable to convo when there is a sale on the item they admiered?

Also, if I wanted to form an "in person" meeting group, it is acceptable to convo other members in my team with the information in case they are interested?

If you convo someone who admires an item in your shop, it is considered spam, so don't do that.

I'm not sure about the other question though. :)

I think if you sent a convo about an item being on sale that someone admired, it would come off as spam.

But I think convoing team members on a group meeting (especially if it's a team for a specific city) is perfectly acceptable! If my group was having an in person meeting I would want them to convo me, otherwise I might miss it if I wasn't able to check the team forum regularly. :)
