Whats wrong?

I sell origami. I've been on etsy for a little over a month and have had one sale.

What can I improve on???

Thanks!

Re: Whats wrong?

From what I've learned, summer is apparently a slower time. I would suggest adding as many items as you possibly can...can you do more designs than you have listed? Also, perhaps add more description to your titles...

Re: Whats wrong?

I didn't have a sale for 5 months when I started. I didn't know what I was doing, though! You're off to a good start!

Re: Whats wrong?

One sale in the first month is good. You're doing everything right. Great photos, to start, which is the most important thing.

Typical suggestions:
1. Add more items. More makes you more visible.
2. Add an about section. Show photos of you folding, of your work space, of you...
3. Use multi-word tags, not single-word

I'm wondering if maybe you need to add to each listing something about how it will be shipped to ensure it isn't squashed. That's what I worry about when I think of buying origami.

Good luck! Use this slow time to produce and list!

Re: Whats wrong?

Definitely add more items and I would also include more keywords in your shop announcement to get found.

Good luck!
