Whats wrong with my shop ?

Hello guys,
my name is Ivaylo and i am woodcarver .In March i opened my second shop ,i start making wooden toys.Five months now and.... just one sale :-( .I don't know whats wrong with my shop .It took me so much time to make every toy ,i gave all my heart and love to every one.Making toys was one of my dreams :-)
i will be happy if you give me some advice and critique

I don't think there is anything wrong with your product, really nice work! You are not getting found is what I'm thinking. Your titles and tags need work. I would suggest you also make your location more specific than just "Europe". I like the free shipping option. If I had a baby to buy for I would consider your shop.

Hang in there Ivaylo. I don't have suggestions to improve your visibility to offer but I can offer moral support. I too have only one sale (and it was a friend who made the purchase) but I do gradually see my likes and visits increasing. It might just take time and some more promotion.. you'll get there!

I would try using waldorf as a tag. I don't know if you are familiar with the waldorf education program, but they don't use plastic toys and encourage the children to have wooden toys, parents of the kids are always looking for unique toys.

I was also reading that if your tags are more than one word it's easier to be found.

Of course I'm still learning and trying to get more sales too.

I think your toys look really nice - no problem there. I wonder if the free shipping is an issue. You don't get any extra visibility on Etsy for offering free shipping, like sellers do on Ebay. So if you're making the base price of the item higher to compensate for offering free shipping, you will be priced out of any "priced lowest to highest" searches people do. People who shop on Etsy expect to pay for shipping, so I don't know that offering free shipping really gains you anything. I really don't know that's the issue for your shop, just an idea, something to experiment with if you want.

at some point i was thinking that i have to reduce price,so decide to offer free shipping .May be you are right and it wasn't the right move :-)
I will start working on tags,names,price ........and hope something will work :-)

Since the first three or four words in your titles are the most important words in the title, I suggest you take the free shipping words out of the titles.

Looking at your shop, I cant see anything wrong. Your pictures are great, the items are great, etc. Some of your items have over 1000 favorites, so it is clear that people love your items. You have to be patient. While there are tons of items that can appeal to just about anyone, toys tend to have a smaller customer base. Because of this, it can take a while for toys to sell, so be patient.
If I were you, do what the people above said. They have great advice. Also, promote your brand and items to the appropriate market.

I am fairly new to Etsy, too, but have just discovered the value of Treasuries and Teams. My views and Favs have risen 3+ times what they were.I've made over 10 Treasuries in the last 2 weeks, and have gotten a sale. I agree that your problem is probably not enough exposure, and time. Also, make sure you have a few of the social media accounts, to promote your Treasuries, Facebook, Twitter ,Pinterest, for sure. Look for Teams that focus on Treasuries. Hope that helps.

Hello Ivaylo,
You may want to let shoppers know how you have secured the wheels so they feel safe knowing they will not come off in a young child's mouth.
I also noticed, when I looked at your truck, that there is an option, yes and no. I read through the listing twice and didn't see what the "yes" and "no" are selections for. If I am missing it, maybe you will have some confused shoppers too.

Your items are really cute & your shop looks great.

Two things I noticed:

1. at the bottom of the page when you are viewing the item, your "Meet the owner of..." is missing. It looks more authentic if there is a direct click form the page to learn about the owner.

2. Are you on social media? I didn't see your direct links on your info page for them. This will really help get the word out. Not that I don't think your favorites on your items are genuine, but if you are only posting on Etsy promotional game threads to get likes, they aren't potential buyers. Posting on FB/Twitter/Instagram/PInterest (Personal boards & group boards), and others will get seen by all the people not on Etsy.
