I would go with stuffed knitted hearts and I am not sure what are they used for maybe that would help I am not sure if someone uses the search term handful of hearts
This is a hard one are they decorations maybe "valentines heart decorations"

Wedding favors that would be cute to put into a favor for a wedding especially if it was in Feb especially if you could put their initials on them how adorable and put a string so they are connected and even better yet another one with the date. LOL I am making you more work sorry:)

I saw a few in search that have ribbons attached so they can be used as ornaments. Then you could also called them heart ornaments. :)

If they were smelly (a good smelly haha) they would be cute for in drawers and what not. Like in sock drawers, underwear drawers, etc...
