I'm not sure if I should de-activate my Christmas card listings, keep them going, keep them going at a lower price, or de-activate them and re-open them next Christmas... What do y'all think? Would you buy Christmas cards post-christmas to get ready for next year? Let me know!
Hi....I let my listings run out and then I renewed them in the late summer....around August. Unless you have some items on sale then you may want to leave them up for awhile:-)
i agree with nancy, you paid for 4 months, you can as well keep them in your shop until they expire, maybe someone will buy them. if you don´t want them to be prominent, rearrange your shop and move them to the back...
Great question Madelyn! I was wondering the same thing with my Christmas cards. I think if you deactivate you will lose out on the 4 months you already paid for...which is I think Barbara's point. Might as well let them expire and THEN reactivate.
I agree with others. Let the current listing run out and then repost later in the year. You've paid for the posting, don't cut yourself short on prospective purchases that might come along.
Hey if someone wants to buy christmas items...shoot I'll make them. I just let the listings run out...you never know.. someone might be stocking up for next year.
OH no keep them up.........slow up on any promotions and advertisements though. There is the possibly of Christmas items selling retail right after for...in the concept of ...I should have bought will save for Next year...and for whole sales.
I keep my Christmas listings up year around. I sell at least one thing Christmas related every week of the year and "Christmas" is my top key word in searches daily. My largest orders for Christmas related products were in the months of May and June. People cant purchase your items if they arent listed and in my opinion .20 cents isnt a very large investment to keep something listed year around.
I just let my Christmas stuff in both shops run throughout the year. Believe it or not, I get a lot of orders for Christmas stuff, especially in my other shop, in June and July.
It really wasn't a question of me 'keeping my shop open'... I'd never shut it down(: It was just if I should keep those 9 or so Christmas cards up! LOL
I really get all of the aspects and can kinda see what may happen throughout the rest of the year now(: THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP!
