What time do you go to sleep?!

Just curious if I am in the minority or not- it is approaching midnight here on the UK and I am still tweeting, facebooking, drawing, listing, taking part in a treasury, reading team posts, and now posting here!

Since joining etsy I am normally up till around 1am. I don't work because I have a 1yr old.... So I do actually have a more than full time job already! During the day I have been "etsying" any spare minute ie nap times (housework has gone out the window- but I don't live to clean!)

And as soon as little one is asleep I am off again till I can't keep my eyes open! And all for 2 sales in 2 months lol

Oh and I forgot to say about stat checking! Ha! And it doesn't even end when I get in bed as I have an iPhone!!

So- am I alone or is anyone else as etsy-crazy as me?!

I normally go to bed at around 9 pm (central Canadian time) and wake up at 3:30 to 4 am, when I sleep in, I wake up at 7:30 am! (a luxury)

I am a morning person and usually hit the hay around 9 or 10pm.... When my kids were little I would get up before them and get lots done!

I'm usually working until 1-2am most nights...I have two little ones (2 + 3 years old) so I can't solder during the day when they're awake. I do the majority of my creating into the wee hours of the morning, and most of my computer duties during the day.

Though, since having children, I'm used to sleep deprivation anyway! *wry smile*

I go to bed about midnight-2am. A few times I have stayed up til about 4-4:30 and then gotten up at 7am for work.

It does take alot of work to sell on here. I think it's fun though. And it's rewarding when people find something in my shop they really like or they think it will be a good gift or have been looking for it for awhile and finally find it in my shop.

You seem nice and I hope all your work pays off in alot more sales! I hope you have a very successful christmas season!

I used to stay up until 2AM, but now that I no longer homeschool and my son needs to be on the bus at 8:20, I usually go to bed by 12:30.

JoArtyJo - I'm obsessed also! Super night owl, but trying to change that. I think getting up super early might be more productive than staying up really late.

SaySaySara - I have had those days - nights. I really pay for it the next day - ugghh.

As much as I would love to burn the midnight oil at all of this, I know that's not best for me in the long run. I did that my first time around on Etsy and I got pretty burnt out. So this time I stay up late when the mood strikes (11ish) but if I find that I'm relooking at the same stuff over and over than I call it a day.

I must say I love to sleep. Haha...I quitted my last finance job because it's stressful and I only got 4-5 hours sleep everyday. It's totally not enough for me. Since I joined etsy, my average bedtime is around 2:00am and working hours much longer than before, but I love the process and I really enjoy it.

During the summer I would stay up until about 1 or 2 to finish a bag, so I guess I work best at night. It's been quite an adjustment since I've been back to teaching :)

I am stay home mom have two little kids and the earliest I go to sleep at about 1-1:30am or latest 3-4am and then 6am wake up. I know that need to increase my inventory but been around my kids all day and setting up my shop to work I have less time to make more items for sale. I have so many ideas in my mind but how to make all this? I will try my best.

Whew, good to know I'm not the only "Moon Powered" shop owner here. I'm up 99% of the time til after 3am. I find its just more quiet and my work less disrupted when everyone else is snoozing.

I have a 10 month old who gets up around 6-7am and I like to get up for some "me" time before he does so since I'm up pretty early I go to bed around 10:30-11pm. But as soon as he goes down for a nap or bedtime I am off and running working, tweeting, blogging, laundry, working, designing, tweeting, blogging, it goes on and on. When he's awake is when I attempt some housework but usually I try to play with him the whole time he's awake.

I literally gave myself a bedtime after almost staying up for a year till 2-3 am. and occasionally 6 am! *bleh* does not do a body good without proper rest.

So now I go to bed at midnight and wake up at 8am :)

Nite owl here!Go to bed about 2-3am.Up early(7am) to walk dogs usually 4-6 miles.Early morning creative mixing/mailing out products.Sometimes I take an hour nap 11 am.Back to the internet and my other shop.
No kids,by the way.Lol.

I'm a night owl, but with my summer job, I was up at 6:30 every morning, and woken up by my boyfriend at 4am almost ever day, so I've been trying to go to bed at 10:30, latest of 11. I miss the late nights, because that's when I'm most creative, but I'm slowly turning around.
That'll all end soon, though, with school starting! haha

I'm a night owl, but I like to coherent between 8 and 9. I have a late sleeping 3 year old who goes down at 8:30 and sleeps about 10-12 hours plus playing in her room for a bit before she decides she's ready to come out... so I'm really spoiled.

My business hours start at 8 am, so I check voicemails and answer emails over breakfast and then do copywriting work throughout the day as time allows.

When my 3 year old starts preschool next month, I'll have more time during the day, but until then, it is lots of late nights playing catch up.

I'm in the UK too!! Go to bed early but its now 4.31a.m and here I am on Etsy!!! And now with Things British going on in London I am working like the clappers to get more items ready.

I am in CST and I'm usually up to 3 or 4. Then back up around 9 or 10. It's crazy, but most of my work gets done at night.
