What should I do with custom orders?

Hi,

I need your experiences. I have a customer who wants a different color of my gray cloudy hat with a different size.

In such cases, how and in which steps the purchase is completed?

Best regards,
Veselka

You can make them a reserved listing and just treat it like you would any other order.
Here is a reserved order I had once:

You don't have to have a personalized picture, just the word RESERVED in the title should be sufficient. Be sure to list all the details in the listing.

I do it two different ways. If they want several changes made to an item, ie: different size, different color, different accent I will create a whole new custom listing just for them. If they just want a different color I will tell them t go ahea and purchase the original listing and leave message in the notes to seller about what color they would like. Then I renew the sold listing.
