I have a question for you North American folks. As buyers, what kind of shipping delay do you expect when you buy from someone who is located in Europe ?
I have always shipped my items Priority, which means they take 3-5 days to reach the US / Canada and I have almost always in my feedback some comment about the very fast shipping. That makes me wonder what other shops do and what customers expect. Do they all use economy shipping and make the customers wait ? Would you as a customer expect that ? Priority means that I have to eat some of the actual costs of shipping since they are so much higher than what you are used to.

I generally expect to wait at least a couple of weeks for my packages to arrive from overseas. I don't ever get worried about them until a month's time has passed simply because I've been sending package back and forth to family in the UK for years.

I always ship economy overseas and have never had a complaint. know the wait can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks but I had a package arrive in the Netherlands in 4 days recently. That shocked me.
Anne, I ship first class international. Takes 10 - 14 days, sometimes sooner to Canada. Costs have gone up this year but still reasonable. Haven't noticed an "econ" option, but I'd stick with first class.
