OK, so this isn't about "success" but ... in the picture on the front page of Picnik ( http://www.picnik.com/ ) of the mom and the son in the Santa hat, what is she holding in her hand?? It's been driving me crazy! If it's not the first picture to come up you can use the arrows to get to it. Help!!

It looks like a brown plastic Barrette to me.
Like maybe it is a little girl and the mother took the barrette out of her hair to put the hat on..

Glad to see I'm not the only one that has no idea! I was really hoping it would be gone after the holidays but no such luck yet.
