PatsofClay, if you click on your favorites on SU, in the kind of top right corner there is an "add site" button. Add the link, then pick what it is from the "topic" section (in my case, jewelry), then you can add a review. I guess you can add tags but I'm not sure how? Does anyone know?
There's a little speech balloon icon on the toolbar that takes you to the reviews of the site. Go there, and it should give you the option to add a review. This is also where you can tag items! I'm pretty sure you can use this form to add tags without actually writing a review, too.
When you see a page you like, click the thumbs up button. If it's not already on StumbleUpon, a short form will pop up, asking you to describe and categorize the page.
StumbledUpon is great! I've always wondered how to get my shop on there (I JUST figured it out) but before I even posted my shop on there, I noticed a couple people had already found me through StumbleUpon which I found bizarre.
